First send us a non-confidential project summary, including:

- Current purchasing or production stage
- The issue or decision you are facing
- Required timing
You do not need to send confidential drawings or technical documents during the initial enquiry.
Protect Confidential Information
If drawings, specifications, order information or other confidential materials are required, please tell us before sending them.
Where needed, a confidentiality agreement can be signed before documents are shared. Confidential materials are used only for the agreed project and shared only with personnel who need them to perform or review the work.

Iris holds a Master’s degree in Economics and China’s Legal Professional Qualification.
Her background includes manufacturing projects and private equity due diligence. She leads client communication, commercial verification, scope definition and project coordination.
Mr. Hu
Quality Review Lead
Mr. Hu has more than 20 years of manufacturing quality management and team leadership experience in foreign-invested manufacturing companies.
He reviews project technical scopes and manufacturing quality findings.
Depending on the product, process, location and requirements of each project, onsite technical work may be carried out by quality professionals with relevant experience.

- Each assignment follows a scope agreed with the client.
- We distinguish verified facts, supplier statements and unverified questions.
- Findings are based on the information available and conditions observed during the assignment.
- Important limitations are stated in the deliverable.
What We Do Not Do
- We do not select or nominate suppliers for the buyer.
- We do not authorize production on behalf of the buyer.
- We do not decide whether the buyer should make a payment.
- We do not approve shipment or accept goods on behalf of the buyer.
- We do not guarantee a supplier’s future performance.
- We do not provide product design, product certification or specialist engineering.
- We do not describe a limited inspection as a complete factory audit.
- We do not make conclusions beyond the available evidence and agreed scope.
Supplier search and quotation collection are not part of our standard services.
